タイトルギルドウィンドウにメンバーの稼いだポイント表示
内容メンバーを選択すると、そのメンバーが稼いだギルドポイントをギルド画面の右上の余白に表示。

ただポイントを表示してもつまらないし、稼いでない人のイメージが悪くなるので、

稼いだポイント数によって称号が与えられたり（ギルドか各プレイヤーに）、特典（ギルドポイントがボーナスとしてもらえるか、各プレイヤーに何かアイテムとか）があっても面白いかも。
（これは別に要望したほうがいいかな）

これによって貢献する意欲もあがると思うし、ギルドを変えることも少なくなると思う。
